- Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
3. How to Report an Issue

- Description of the issue
- Clear photos (if applicable)
Our team will assess the claim and, if eligible, provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement in your next order or a store credit where applicable.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.
