  1. Sauté onions: Heat oil. Add onions and sauté until light golden.
  2. Add mince: Add mince and cook on high heat until it changes color and moisture evaporates.
  3. Add spices: Add ginger-garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, turmeric, and coriander powder. Fry 3–4 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes: Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and oil releases.
  5. Add potatoes: Add potatoes and mix well. Add ½–1 cup water depending on desired gravy.
  6. Simmer: Cover and cook on medium heat for 15–20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  7. Finish: Add garam masala, green chillies, and coriander. Serve hot.
