Method
7 steps- Sauté onions: Heat oil. Add onions and sauté until light golden.
- Add mince: Add mince and cook on high heat until it changes color and moisture evaporates.
- Add spices: Add ginger-garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, turmeric, and coriander powder. Fry 3–4 minutes.
- Add tomatoes: Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and oil releases.
- Add potatoes: Add potatoes and mix well. Add ½–1 cup water depending on desired gravy.
- Simmer: Cover and cook on medium heat for 15–20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Finish: Add garam masala, green chillies, and coriander. Serve hot.
